How it works
Drawing or sample
Send the drawing or a sample, the application, the yearly volume and any performance requirements.
Engineering review
Our engineers confirm the specification and materials and send the quotation, including any tooling.
Prototype samples
We make samples for your own tests and approval.
Approval before production
New parts and processes go through APQP planning, FMEA risk analysis, SPC process control, MSA checks of the measuring systems and PPAP approval before mass production.
Batch production
Every batch is inspected (IQC, IPQC, OQC) and traceable by its batch number.
Factory and test lab
10 production lines and a designed output of 2.7 million filters a year in Lishui. Filters are tested on our own benches: hydraulic flow resistance and cold-start simulation, particle counting, damp-heat ageing and oil viscosity.
