1. Who we are

SDN Filter is the filter brand of SDNFILTER (Lishui) Co., Ltd., Lishui, Zhejiang, China. We sell to businesses: distributors, parts dealers, repair workshops, fleets and equipment makers.

2. Samples

Samples are available on request. Sample cost and shipping are stated in your quotation.

3. Quotations, orders and MOQ

The minimum order quantity is 1 piece per part number. Each quotation lists part numbers, quantities, prices and how long the quotation is valid. An order is confirmed when you accept the quotation or proforma invoice in writing.

4. Payment

Samples and small orders can be paid by PayPal or card through Stripe. Larger orders are paid by bank transfer. The amount and payee are stated on each proforma invoice.

5. Production and lead time

The lead time for each order is stated in the quotation and confirmed with the order.

6. Quality and inspection

Filters are inspected before shipment. How quality questions on delivered goods are handled is set out in your order confirmation.

7. Shipping and customs

The Incoterm, port and shipping method are agreed for each order and stated in the quotation. Import duties and taxes in the destination country are paid by the buyer unless the quotation says otherwise.

8. Trademarks and part numbers

OEM and aftermarket brand names and part numbers are used only to identify which filter ours replaces. They belong to their owners, and SDN Filter is not affiliated with them. For private label orders, you confirm that you hold the rights to the brand and artwork you send us.

9. Certifications

Certificates and test reports are published on this site only when the document is available to verify. Ask us for any document you need.

10. Product information

Dimensions and photos on this site come from our catalog and are for selection. The specification confirmed in your order is what we supply.
